Teen Charged After He Accidentally Shot, Killed His Younger Cousin

A 16-year-old Washington state boy has been booked into the King County Youth Services Center for investigation of manslaughter after he shot and killed his 14-year-old cousin while playing with a gun at home, authorities say.
