According to a report by Reuters, President Tayyip Erdogan said on Saturday that the Turkish economy is not in a crisis and that fluctuations in the foreign exchange rate are the 'missiles' of an economic war being waged against Turkey. While speaking at a provincial meeting of his AK Party in the coastal city of Rize, Erdogan said that Turkey was making preparations to conduct trade through national currencies with China, Russia, and Ukraine.
