In the case of Aarushi Hemraj murder case, the Supreme Court prepared a hearing on the CBI plea. Hearing of Hemraj's wife will be heard. The CBI has filed a petition against Allahabad High Court's decision to acquittal Rajesh Talwar and Nupur Talwar.
