A man pushes his belongings through a waterlogged campsite in France after heavy thunderstorms caused flooding across large parts of the country's south.
Footage captured on August 9 in St Martin d'Ardèche shows the aftermath of the vicious storms.
The filmer, tourist James Ryle from Bristol, writes: "The storm came in one the second to last day of our camping holiday at St Martin d’Ardeche.
"Within two hours, run-off from the hillside above had left our part of the campsite in two feet of water.
"We managed to clear most - but not all - of our belongings from our rented tent with the help of the kayak we’d taken to use on the nearby river.
"The whole site was later evacuated when rising water levels in the river caused widespread flooding and damage to tents, caravans and holiday lodges.
