Jeaven Maeva has a love of hula. Mom Nei-Moana captured this clip of her one-year-old son playing a traditional hula percussion instrument, the ipu.
The adorable boy is a natural. He picked up his technique from observing his parents practice the traditional Polynesian dance of the hula. Hula is usually accompanied by a song or chant. Jeaven’s father is a member of the Ke Kai O Kahiki hula group and often performs. We can foresee Jeaven following in his footsteps. Credit: Kumu Jeaven via Storyful
