Triple Talaq Bill debate in Rajya Sabha; triple talaq to remain a 'non-bailable' offence

The Muslim Women Protection of Rights Bill 2018, colloquially known as the triple talaq bill, will now have a clause that would ensure Muslim husbands have a right to approach the court seeking bail, after arrest on the charges of instant talaq.
