Mydin managing director Ameer Ali Mydin believes that the moment a businessperson enters the political arena, they have to leave their business commitments behind to serve the interests of the country.
He pointed out that there are politicians and even elected representatives who run businesses.
Ameer also supported the call for politicians to declare their assets.
