There is a cone mould with many circular ring. When the plastic material is made into different size of rings, they would be sent to here. Our skillful worker put a set of plastic rings into the mould. Covering with the customized cloth, the inside of foldable traffic cone has completed.
Later, The worker put the reflective red cover into the mould. With the help of hot melt gun, she can punch many hollows,which combining the cloth cover and the plastic ring.
In order to increase its stability, our factory would use bolts and press them into these hollows. As a result, the general shape of PVC foldable traffic cone has completed approximately. Soon afterwards, we would like to combine the cover and plastic base or rubber base, which all is decided by the demand of our customers.
