According to SfGate, Johnny Depp’s upcoming film 'City of Lies' which centers on the murder investigations surrounding rappers Tupac Shakur and Notorious B.I.G has been pulled just a month before it was set to hit theaters. The film, which was set to be released by Global Road Entertainment on September 7 in the US, has no new release date.
