The Ranch Fire blazed through parts of Mendocino National Forest in California on August 5, as seen in this aerial footage.
The Ranch Fire was one of the blazes making up the making up the Mendocino Complex Fire.
The fire continued “to grow in the north and south eastern directions, threatening communities in the fires path. The terrain on the Northern quarter of the Ranch Fire make it challenging to access the fire front directly”, a report by CAL Fire said on August 6.
