The most famous dish from Yunnan, southwest China, is probably crossing the bridge noodle soup. This dish originates from Mengzi, Yunnan province. This kind of rice noodle soup has a history of over a hundred years. The rice noodles we use are made in Mengzi, where there are beautiful mountains and rivers as well as quality rice which tastes great when made into noodles. Made of various local raw materials, this dish is particularly healthy. We have added seafood to the dish including arctic shellfish and sleeve-fish. These ingredients are added to the rice noodles and chicken broth.
