A host of social media and tech companies have joined Apple in banning far-right conspiracy theorist Alex Jones and his Infowars network from their platforms.
On Sunday, Apple removed hundreds of Infowars podcasts from its iTunes and podcast apps, accusing the conservative radio host of hate speech.
On Monday, Facebook followed suit by removing pages belonging to Jones, and was joined by Spotify and YouTube which also removed his content.
Jones has faced mounting public backlash for his conspiracy-peddling rhetoric, which includes claims that the 9/11 attack and 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting were staged by the U.S. government.
Parents of the children killed in that attack are suing him for defamation.
He has also repeatedly used inflammatory language against transgender people and Muslims.
Jones is yet to directly address the widespread ban on his content, but he did retweet an InfoWars employee, who criticized the move as an attack on free speech.
