According to Reuters, President Donald Trump and the Chinese government have been engaged in a tense trade war for over five months. Both sides have recently increased tariff threats. Trump has been threatening to apply a 25% tariff on $200 billion worth of Chinese goods, while China has threatened to put tariffs on another $60 billion worth of good from the U.S. The trade war with China is about to enter its sixth month, and there don't seem to be signs that it will end anytime soon.
