Tug of War between West Bengal and JKD over the colour of Dam in Jharkhand escalates. AS teh West Bengal govt was in to painting the dam in to Bengal govt's trademark colour White and Blue but the BJP ruled Jharkhand is against it. This dam is over Mayurakhi river , built in the territory of JKD but maintained by Bengal's irrigation department.Now, While some parts of the Dam was painted in White and Blue, JKD official objected and vaulted the work claiming the White and Blue cannot be painted since it falls under the territory of JKD, it will be painted in white.Now the work is haulted however the war of words between both the states is on.
