Delhi HC issues notice to Flipkart and Amazon; next date of hearing is November 19

The Delhi HC issued notice to the government including Flipkart and Amazon on a petition alleging violation of FDI norms by these e-commerce companies. Next date of hearing is November 19. The petition was filed by NGO Telecom Watchdog.
