I'm A KOMBO is a company which specializes in food design and exclusive dining experiences. In this installment of HYPEBEAST Eats, co-founders Bo Lindegaard and Lasse Askov discuss their restaurant HALLO HELLO, which resides in Copenhagen airport. The restaurant focuses on high-end dining, all the while attempting to catalyze interactions between patrons. The design is well-thought, from seating arrangements, to customized dining tables and even the travel dessert packs, HALLO HELLO offers a relaxed, lavish experience in an environment driven by fast moving people, fast food and fleeting social niceties. The signage on the side of the establishment sums up the eatery's ethos perfectly when it notes, "Maybe get a new friend even if only for five minutes."
