Ingredients:
1/2 cup Semolina
1 cup Milk
1/2 Onion, finely chopped
Spring onions, chopped
1 Capsicum, finely chopped
1/2 cup corn & 2 Green chillies, paste
1/2 corn
Salt to taste
Black Pepper powder
Chaat Masala
Coriander leaves
4-5 tbsp Breadcrumbs
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Oil for frying
Method of preparation:
Dry roast semolina on low flame, add milk, onion, spring onion, capsicum, 1/2 cup whole corn, corn & green chilli paste, black pepper powder, chaat masala, garam masala, coriander leaves, breadcrumbs, mix well.
Switch off the gas, pour lemon juice and mix well.
Grease a tray with some oil, sprinkle some breadcrumbs and transfer the above mixture on the tray.
With the help of a flat base vessel, spread the mixture evenly and sprinkle some breadcrumbs on top.
Keep it in the refrigerator to set for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a vessel, cut the mixture into pieces and deep fry it.
Our crispy corn cutlets are ready to serve.
