The Department of Higher Education, Research Science and Technology officially announced this afternoon in Port Moresby the implementation of the National Online Application System.
This means the traditional method of applying manually will be phased out.
The Higher Education Department is confident that internet will not be an issue in rolling out this Online System with 156 out of the 174 secondary schools able to access the Application Software.
