Eric Holder May Run for President in 2020 Eric Holder, the former U.S. Attorney General under President Barack Obama, is considering a presidential run
in 2020. Holder made the comments while on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert
Monday night. Holder says his focus for now is on the 2018 midterms and trying to make sure Democrats take back the Senate and the House. However, he told Colbert he'll make a decision on a presidential run "sometime early
next year." Holder currently leads the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, whose aim is to end GOP control of Congressional districts drawing.
