Heavy rainfall caused flash flooding throughout Baltimore, Maryland, on July 24, according to The Baltimore Sun. The rain is that expected to continue throughout the week.
A flash-flood warning was in effect for the city of Baltimore, Baltimore County and Harford County until the evening of July 24 with one-inch of rain expected. A flood watch was issued for the area through Wednesday, July 25, according to Fox 45.
