A strong typhoon and severe flooding didn't stop these locals from carrying out their religious procession in Cavite, a Philippine province south of Manila, on July 22. This video, taken on the flooded Emilio Aguinaldo Highway in the city of Imus, shows locals dressed in orange robes as they danced along the road. Typhoon Josie battered the northern part of the Philippines over the weekend, causing widespread rains, flooding and landslides as many provinces declared a state of emergency. Winds reached up to 65 kilometres per hour, local media reported. At least five people were killed in the storm and hundreds of thousands displaced.
