Olongapo City Flooded From Heavy Rainfall

Olongapo City in the Philippines’ Central Luzon region was swamped by heavy torrential rain on July 22 due to Tropical Depression Josie.

These videos show the flooding along Olongapo City’s East 26th Street during both the day and evening.

According to a Rappler report, a number of other cities and municipalities in Luzon also experienced major flooding, including Dagupan City, San Mateo, Bataan, Mangaldan and Subic. Over 13,800 people were forced to evacuate their homes due to the rainfall. Credit: Sash Moawad via Storyful
