Deputy Prime Minister and Treasurer Charles Abel urged Members of Parliament not to ask questions based on issues posted on social media, but from facts.
He was responding to a question raised by Maprik MP John Simon derived from an overseas news report, that stated a cheque recently given to the Autonomous Bougainville Government by the PNG national government, had bounced.
