Seputeh Umno vice-chief Razlan Rafii has defended his tweet this morning about the death of Balakon ADUN Eddie Ng, saying that he never meant to insult.
Eddie Ng, who was killed in a car accident early this morning was referred to by Razlan as one who has a "hati busuk". He wrote that there is now "one less person who slanders".
