Lim Guan Eng's role as finance minister has been reduced to a mere bookkeeper in Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad's cabinet, according to MCA deputy president Wee Ka Siong.
The Ayer Hitam MP told the Dewan Rakyat today that the finance minister's powers have been diluted.
