Houston Serial Killer Suspect Caught Following Police Car Chase

A suspected serial killer, Jose Gilbertp Rodriguez has been caught following a brief car chase with police. The suspect is wanted for three murders and a further two attacks. Rodriguez cut off his ankle monitor before the alleged crime spree.
