Flash flooding swamped roads and cars in Atlanta, Georgia, on July 14, prompting the evacuation of an apartment complex in Clayton County.
The first floors of three buildings were evacuated, leaving more than 30 people displaced, reported NBC, citing Clayton Fire Department. The American Red Cross was on scene to help those affected.
