Trump: 'Everybody Wants Me' To Run Again In 2020

2018-07-15 7

President Trump said that "everybody" wants him to run for re-election in 2020.

In an interview published in the Daily Mail on Sunday, President Trump said that "everybody" wants him to run for re-election in 2020.
When Piers Morgan asked about 2020, Trump responded: "Well I fully intend to. It seems like everybody wants me to."
And on the topic of Democrats who can potentially beat him, Trump replied: "No. I don't see anybody. I know them all and I don't see anybody."
According to a recent poll, former Vice President Joe Biden, Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren, and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders are the three potential Democratic hopefuls preferred by voters in New Hampshire, a state often regarded as a predictor of ultimate outcomes.  Though candidacies have yet to be announced, a survey conducted by Suffolk University in late April shows Warren ahead with 26%.  She is followed by Biden and Sanders at 20% and 13% respectively.
