Off-Duty Officer Tackles Suspect Firing Gun Into Crowd

An off-duty Missouri police officer says he was walking down a street in Kansas City as bars were closing up and couldn't believe it when he saw a man pull out a gun and fire several times into a crowd early Sunday morning.
