British police 'briefly' talk to Novichok victim Charlie Rowley

British police say they have briefly spoken to a man who was poisoned by the Novichok nerve agent in the English town of Amesbury at the end of last month.
Charlie Rowley had regained consciousness a few days ago and Scotland Yard said he is no longer in critical condition.
Police said they spoke to him to get more details on how he and his girlfriend, who died on Sunday, were exposed to the deadly nerve agent.
Police are also investigating whether there is a link between last month's incident and the Novichok poisoning of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter in March.
The UK had accused Russia of the attack, but Moscow has denied any involvement.
