A kitchen guru in China shows off his method for slicing chives safely and quickly.
In the video, the chef pushes a bunch of Chinese chives through a hole in a large block of wood and slices them with a cleaver.
The sliced chives fall into a receptacle underneath.
The clip was filmed in Huludao City in northern Liaoning Province on July 3.
