Two boats capsized in a violent storm killing at least 40 tourists in Phuket Island in Thailand on Thursday (July 5). In the video, a clip shows one of the boats wobbling in the strong wind and waves and a tourist struggling to get to a seat. In another clip, rescuers can be seen helping the survivors and transporting them to the shore.
