We should make them aware of that, maybe by having a special day to let them know it’s okay. Right? Equal treatment and respect I agree with, but I don’t think a special day about you because you identify as something is necessary. LGBT inside me – LGBT flag. The individual needs to step it up and accept who they are and others will be accepting of it. If there is conflict, manage it on an interpersonal level.
