Tension seems to be brewing between the Bhartiya Janata Party and Nitish Kumar led Janata Dal United over the seat sharing for the 2019 General Election. JD(U) is adamant to contest more seats than BJP in the general election next year based upon its assembly seats tally and wants Nitish to be projected as the face of NDA. A high level JD(U) meet will be held today in the national capital to decide the future course of action in the matter. Bihar Chief Minitser Nitish Kumar and other senior party leaders will attend the meeting. The meeting comes ahead of Amit Shah's Bihar visit next week. It remains to be seen will BJP and JD(U) reach a deal for 2019.
