The psychotic Protoform X crashes on Earth and attacks Maximal and Predacon alike. Eventually Megatron removes his spark, using it to blackmail him into joining the Predacons under a new name: Rampage. During this time, Silverbolt and Blackarachnia start to have a relationship.
