Flash Flooding Fills Pittsburgh Streets as More Rain Forecast

Flash flooding that began in western Pennsylvania on July 2 was likely to continue into July 5, with the Pittsburgh area expecting up to an inch of rain that day, according to WPIX.

The National Weather Service issued a flash-flood warning until July 6.

Some areas of Pittsburgh experienced around three inches of rain by July 5, according to a local meteorologist from WTAE Pittsburgh.
