Indonesia’s Mount Agung spewed volcanic ash on July 4, sending thick plumes of smoke into the sky.

Indonesia’s Center for Volcanology and Geological Hazard Mitigation reported the eruption lasted just under two minutes, with the ash plume rising 8,202 feet above the mountain’s peak.
