Rapoport on Foster suspension: 'We knew he was going to get suspended, it was just a matter of how many games'

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster will be suspended for the first 2 games of the 2018 season for violating NFL's conduct and substance abuse policies.
