Former Ecuadorean President Faces Kidnapping Allegations

Former Ecuadorean President Rafael Correa appeared at the Ecuadorean consulate in Belgium, after he was accused of having links to an alleged abduction of a former lawmaker. Correa says this is part of a political persecution.
