Bodycam footage shows Mesa police officers violently arresting a man after the car he was travelling in was pulled over. The officers later mock the suspect, telling him to ‘man up’ whilst he is lying on a hospital floor bleeding. The footage comes just weeks after four Mesa police officers were put on leave when another video emerged of them violently beating up an unarmed man.
