Just six minutes after the coal train was a set of empty hoppers heading west for more black diamonds. Two Catfish are leading this train. The reason that he was going so slowly was because the block signal operator set the green for the opposing track, although I guess they still gave him the clear, as he went through the red signal, and the green went back to red.
