Smoke billowed from the moors on Sunday as fire crews tackled a fire near Leek in the Peak District of the UK.

Fire crews were on the scene to try to put out the blaze which was caused by unusually hot weather.

It comes as crews from around the country have joined firefighters and the Army to deal with a separate fire at Saddleworth Moor in Greater Manchester, which started a week ago.
