Flash floods hit the village of Libertyville, Illinois, on Tuesday, June 26, after a series of strong storms moved through the Chicago area.
This footage, captured by an eyewitness, show cars driving through a flooded Appley Avenue, a torrential downpour on South Milwaukee Avenue and a flooded playground.
