Gilbert mother, daughter seriously injured in motorized scooter crash at Mission Beach in San Diego

A family is pleading with the San Diego City Council to ban motorized scooters after a mother and daughter from Gilbert were injured riding one of the controversial vehicles in Mission Beach.
