Man Says Kidnapping Suspect, 12-Year-Old Came to Campground Only Wearing Tennis Shoes

A campsite manager in Utah says he and his fiancee were setting up for the day when an older man and a boy showed up wearing nothing but tennis shoes. He called police and found out the man was suspected of kidnapping.
