Three districts in the Eastern Highlands Province are the first in the country to establish a District Education Implementation Committee.
The Committee is made up of District Education Managers, Inspectors, head Teachers, officers, women's and church representatives from the Obura-Wonenara, Okapa and Lufa districts.
