Heavy rains lash Mumbai again; flight arrivals, local train services hit

Mumbai has witnessed yet another spell of heavy rainfall today. The local train services have been hit and water logging has been reported from several areas. IMD has issued a very heavy rainfall alert for the rest of the day.
