Arkansas Mother Takes to Facebook to Educate Drivers on Handicap Parking Rules

Kristin Houck`s 11-year-old daughter with Cerebral Palsy and recently when a motorcyclist violated violated the handicap parking laws, she took to social media to remind everyone what the rules are.
