Water gushed upwards out of a manhole in the borough of Bethel Park, Pittsburg on June 20 as the area was hit by a severe rainstorm.
The video, taken at the intersection of Library Road, Baptist Road and South Park Road, shows an exploding manhole with water shooting out of it. A flash flood warning was issued during the night.
