According to a report by Huffpost, a major study from the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine offers a more comprehensive way of looking at sexual harassment within organizations. The study found that the strongest predictor of sexual harassment is the culture of a company, or what the researchers refer to as "organizational climate.
